9. PLATFORM INTEGRITY POLICIES

EVIDENCE VAULT & BIPA DISCLAIMER
DetailerDash utilizes the "Evidence Vault" to store 360° visual records of vehicles for quality assurance and dispute resolution. We do not collect, store, or utilize "biometric identifiers" (such as faceprints, voiceprints, or retina scans) as defined by the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA). Our visual data is restricted to vehicle condition and location verification. We employ "Redaction by Design," making reasonable efforts to blur or redact license plates and non-involved third parties in media used for promotional purposes.

AUTOMATED PAYOUT RECALIBRATION (THE RATING WATCHDOG)
To maintain the platform’s "Infrastructure of Integrity," DetailerDash utilizes automated logic to process Neighbor ratings and feedback. These inferences directly impact a DASH pro’s "Mastery Status" and subsequent payout percentages (calibrated between 78% and 82%). Users have the right to request a manual review of any automated recalibration that results in a significant financial change by contacting support@detailerdash.com.

GEOLOCATION "GHOSTING" POLICY
In the interest of data minimization, precise latitude and longitude tracking is initialized only during an active "En Route" or "Shine" status. Upon the finalization of a mission, precise tracking is "ghosted" (purged from active memory), and only generalized location data is retained for tax compliance and municipal audit purposes in the Cook County area.
